    2. The mystery church is at the mouth of Kelley's cove. When it was last used,it was the Battle Creek Baptist Church and was operated as a mission church out of Chattanooga. It is currently owned by Carl Downs Who also owns the double wide next to it.He did live in the double wide but has since moved.I think he still owns the property. Now the CURRENT Battle Creek Baptist Church is where the old Battle Creek Church of God was. The TV antenna was in the cemetery for Martin Springs Baptist Church. The antenna belonged to Bill Martin who lived across the road.He put it there so that he could get better reception out away from the foot of the mountain. Mr. Martin has since died and the antenna has been removed.I also have pictures .I am talking with Dennis as I write this and we will post the pics.for you whenever we find them. So if you spend the night in Marion Co and watch TV in bed I would make sure to put the remote outside before I fell asleep. 1. Re: [TNMARION] need help with a mystery
    2. I know Bill Martin and I am positive he would have got such a big kick out of conversation last night on this. He was on the list here before he passed away. Thanks Bob -- Jerre also sent the same information to me this morning off the list too. :-) Now I will admit I was beginning to think Bill had fermented his RC Cola by accident LOL especially about the part of the remote--LOL thank you all for clearing this up.
