I'm not from there originally, but I live in Arab,Alabama, Marshall County, about 1 1/2 hour away. My ancestors are there. I actually did live there about 17 yrs ago, and attended South Pittsburg High School for a few months. But my grandmother who is John Cleveland's grandaughter swear's that he is born there. I've heard someone else say that his name is not on the list, but I bet there are several there w/just stones for markers, and he's probably one of them. I know his wife Lydia Anderson Cleveland was buried at the bottom of the mtn. somwhere in Orme and I'm pretty sure it's not at Mt.Carmel in Bridgeport, I think it's just a small gravesite somewhere behind someone's house because my grandmother has been to her grave before and told me about it. I would love to find my gggrandmother Alice Hannah Coffelt's grave but she has an unmarked grave somewhere I'm sure. I've searched all over for her. She died around 1899 just after the birth of her only son Leo and I don't see her on the 1900 census.
