Ok all here goes: Crawferd Powell and Phebe Jackson, and their decendents. I have two Powell lines decending from these ancestors. I believe they came to Marion Co. in 1830 or so. Churchwell Jackson, Sr.: came to Marion Co. about 1830. Died 1833. Sousanah Jackson? possible spouse of Churchwell Jackson, Sr. 1840 Marion Co. census. Esquire Holland and Rodah Ridge Holland, first came to Marion Co.in 1850, and later moved to Jackson Co.Al, and I believe back again. Ruben Brown: believe to be born in Marion Co. 1825. m. Elizabeth Jane Holland. David Brown b.abt.1850 Marion Co. married Elizabeth? Children: Winnie, Minnie, Maggie, Leonnie(my great grandmother)and Fronnie. Sharlotte Gray: b.? in Bradley Co.? Father Molden Gray, mother Ann Gray James DeFur family, moved to Marion Co. from GA. after 1831. Nathaniel Barnett McClendon, wife Laura Loretta Corvin McClendon, came to Marion Co. in abt. 1928. My mother Dorothy(Dot) McClendon, my father Willie Francis Powell. Both b. in Marion Co. Melinda Ruble b.in Marion Co.? Date unk. I think that is everyone, but I am still looking!!!!!
