Greetings to all. One of the periodic activities of many lists is to run what is called an Ancestor Roll Call. Since this list is relatively new for many of you I would like for each of you to respond by sending an e-mail to the list stating who your Marion County ancestors are and the dates that they were in Marion county. That way, if someone is researching the same surname they have a better idea if there is a potential match with you if the dates are also there. You will then be able to get in contact with each other to discuss specifics on births, marriages, deaths etc. Names by themselves often are not very useful so remenber to include whatever dates you know, even if they are just estimates.
