The information I have is limited. First, I am happy to have the husband question cleared up. I had listed both Samuel McBee and Robert McBee as Susan's husband based on information received from two different sources. Next, Susan Barnes was born about 1825, possibly in Tennessee, possibly in North Carolina. She married Robert McBee in Franklin County, Tennessee on 14 February 1842.
