If it helps you Lynn , Civil district 10 was South Pittsburg and I believe 10th was also Sewanee, Jump Off area as well as Jasper . My husband was raised in the area. He said as far as he knows there was not a hospital. There was a clinic in South Pittsburg (small hospital now) where I know some babies were born there in the early 60's, late 50's - ----------- If no one else responds to you with the correct information , let me know and I will start digging for you in our files .
