I noticed that the Post Office in Guild is not on the list of Marion County Post Offices. According to the list at the Tennessee State Archives Guild's PO opened in 1906. The last time I sent anyone a letter there was about 6 months ago and it went through. The zip code is 37340 When we lived back there (1972-1975) the post office was inside a Chevron service station and the postmistress was Frances Hale. Thank you Sandie, some how that one did get missed, as when I went to http://www.state.tn.us/sos/statelib/pubsvs/postoff4.htm and looked Guild is listed in Marion County and listed still in operation.
