And do you know the name of the one he mentions in his Rev. War pension application that was in So.Car. And do you know where in So. Car. Then, in the 1830 census of Marion Co. are two or three Moses Smith. Do you have any info on them. Are they connected at all to Ransom Smith' father. Then there is a William Smith in the 1850 census in Marion Co the wife is Lourana (sp?) and she was Lourana Jones. Do you have any information on them. They are here in Webster Co. Mo. in the 1860 census. And then where were these Smiths in relation to Battle Creek. And is Battle Creek close to the Franklin Co. line.
