Can anyone give me any information about the riot at Hales Bar Lock and Dam in the early 1900's. My grandfather was a teenager when he worked on the Dam as a water boy. The riot happened between 1902-and 1913. I know the Chattanooga Library has articles written about it. I was hoping that may the library at South Pittsburg might have some as well.
