if you sent a message to the list and it did not appear until very much latter -- this is the reason why --- `~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Problems with a mail server today has caused some list mail to backup. It will all be queued so nothing should be lost but may take longer to reach the lists. List mail should be back to normal later tonight. We apologize for the inconvenience.
