Do the Burgess'es that you are researching come from the Cumberland Co area? Sandra L. Shelton

Sandra...I don't know anything about the Burgesses. Finding Delilah's family will be a major breakthrough. I am guessing she was born about 1820 and I know she was born in TN. I know that the man she married (David Shropshire) was born in Madison Co., TN. They were living in Marion Co. when son John was born about 1846/48. Any guidance will be much appreciated.
