Charlotte that is up to you if you delete all your mail from here , but if you have something you want to keep you can save it to disc or you can always go into the archives and find it again . So go ahead and delete . It is not just rootsweb lists I have found out, it is any list with no particular order. Also Ginny you made an excellent point -- I might mention too that on the address .abuse@the_isp.com you would change the last part to read the name of the isp it was received from ---- (Example you received one from johndoe@yahoo.com you would send it to abuse@yahoo.com or if it was from maryjane@msn.com you would then change it to abuse@msn.com etc so forth) betty
