Betty, I don't know if the members understand that when they send something to abuse@the_isp.com they should right click on the senders name that appears in your email notice [not the body of the e-mail] and then click on 'Forward as an attachment'. That way the 'abuse' people can check out all the properties to find out and trace back where it came from. If you just forward the e-mail they cannot check where it came from. I learned a long time ago NEVER to open any .exe; .com; .bat; .dot; .dll; .vos; or .pif extension; file or anything like that, no matter who sent it. It was an expensive lesson and I keep a list of those files taped to the front of my monitor to remind me how much that lesson cost. Not only in lost files, but the cost of having to replace not just one, but 2 hard drives. ginny
