    3. This is what you will find when you get to our Tennessee... so, don't be surprised if you have the urge to stay.... Tennessee by Paul Hayden Schrodt Tennessee, land of my birth, old in tradition, richest of earth; Great Smoky Mountians, valleys and plains, sunshine and shadows, twilights and rains; Home of the deer, possum and coon, long Summer nights and The-Mam-In- The-Moon. Hay and tabacco, cotton and corn, come from this land---where I was born. Acres of orchards, millions of trees, meadows of clover, honey for bees; songs of the birds happy and gay, robins and sparrows and impudent jay. Highway, byways, rivers and hills, everywhere, everywhere scenery thrills! Cities like jewels that glitter at night, strong men and women---who stand the right. Jolly cute babies that laugh when they coo. They're saying quite frankly. "I Love You !" Beautiful Churches where sinners may pray, crystal sweet waters, TVA. Home of the Memphis and Beale Street Blues, high stepping browns, Chattanooga Choo Choo! Forrest the raider, and men who wore gray; "world's prettiest women---some folks say. Roses. iris and violets blue, wave with the breeze and sparkle with dew. Fields of fine cattle, the walking horse steed, and heavy fat swine, the best kind of breed. Gold in the sunsets or clear starry night, I wish I could stop---Time in it's flight! Because I'm not anxious to hear Gabriel's Horn, I like Tennessee---the place I was born
