    3. I haven't seen anything about it. I have ordered quite a few of the applications over the years. They can be very helpful. Obviously the SSA knows they have a gold mine in researchers. Betty lured me into to checking new additions to site and I found an old one "Looking for information on persons buried at Cumberland View Cemetary. They are James D.Young,died around1910 Mary Young (maidenname Whiteacre/Whitaker)died sometime after 1920. Rick Austin " I have her buried at Raulston, but never found grave, so maybe they are buried at this Cumberland View Cemetary. Michaele

    3. I have done this in the past (gotten the actual application) and it gives parents names and some other details. However, the last time I checked, the fee to obtain these was pretty hefty. I want to say it was $20 or more for each one.     3. Several of the Whites are buried in Cumberland View also (including John B., Caroline and Russ). Sequatchie Valley Memorial is a huge cemetery.
