Jim, It's actually the 1891 Voter's census. If you have access to ancestry.com, click on "search" at the top of any page. On the search page, on the right hand side under "browse records", click on "census". When that page comes up, scroll down to a list of available records. Scroll through these records until you find " Tennessee 1810-1891". Select that and click on go.
