W.R. Neely as a witness to the will of Frederick Mayo. James B. Neely was the administrator to the estate of James N. Hart. James N. Hart 1st married Martha Susan Mayo and 2nd Emma Buntin. Martha Susan and Emma were cousins. I would like to know more about the Neely family in Madison Co. Thanks, Gayle
