Macon, That is the same issue that I had with Genealogy.com & the census subscription. They are supposed to call or email you prior to the expiration of your subscription. I received neither before receiving a late notice for my credit card. Since I never use that credit card I must have set the statement aside. Genealogy.com refused to give me a refund so I filed a complaint with my credit card company for unauthorized charges and a complaint with the Utah BBB. I received the refund, closed the credit card, and am now blocked from their website. Not a great loss for shady dealings! I have been fortunate with Ancestry.com because they do call me prior to renewing my subscriptions.
