    2. Cathie, I noticed you are researching Roach -- I do not have much to go on. My Sarah Olivia (Livia) Roach married James Edward Jordan in Hardeman Co September 18, 1878. I believe she is on the following 1870 Hardeman Co Census as Sary O.---- as my families went between Madison & Hardeman Counties maybe yours did to??? What Roach are you researching and do you have any other info. -- My Olivia and husband went to Texas -- she died appx. 1894-1896 can not (yet) find where or where she is buried. 1870 Hardeman Co Census J. F. Roach 31 Martha A. 33 Sary O. 4 ( This makes her born in 1856 or so) John Roach 19 laborer Isaac Roach 20 laborer Thanks for your help! Helen
