Hi Macon County Cousins- I have three SIMMONS ancestors who married BLAKENSHIP siblings- Smith B SIMMONS md- Sarah (Sallie) BLAKENSHIP Macon Co circa 1845-then after Smith died 1856 she married Lewis MEADOR ( a cousin of Smith's) Smith's sister Anna M md- John BLAKENSHIP 1840's, but she died 1845. Their sister Rachael md-Wesley BLAKENSHIP but he evidently died young because she married #2 Joseph FLIPPEN & #3 Anderson BRATTON I'm hoping that any info you can give me will help me unravel some mysteries about this SIMMONS family.
