I have really been trying to find out what happen to Laura's husband Ben Flatt...It was said that their kids got put in a poor house in Lafayette aft. 1910. Their son Lester(my great grandfather) always went by the last name Mogan, and on his delayed birth certificate his last name is Flatt so I am trying to find out if he was born before Laura and Ben got married or not...
