    3. In 1850 Macon Co.TN census I have the following from the Macon Co. transcribed book. 1850 Macon Parker Nancy 50 b. SC Parker Jesse 32 b. TN farmer Parker Salina 23 b. NC D-in-law noted Parker Tom 25 b. NC farmer Parker John 8 mos b. TN grandson noted Parker Mary 83 b. SC Gammon Thomas 30 b. TN farmer /s-in-law noted Gammon Polly 31 b. TN daughter noted Gammon Sarah S. 11 b. TN Gammon William M. 9 b. TN Gammon John S. 7 b. TN Gammon Marcus D. 6 b. TN Gammon Martha B. 4 b. TN This I believe is Nancy Lovelady Parker. Who is Mary PARKER 83 b. SC? Could this be in error? Could this be Mary LOVELADY widow of John LOVELADY? According to some info I found on the Jackson Co. website. Mary LOVELADY widow of John gave deposition 7 Jan. 1853 in Macon Co. TN as being the widow of John Lovelady. There are also depositions by Nancy PARKER and Jesse PARKER and others concerning the estate of John LOVELADY that died in 1841 Smith Co. TN http://www.tngenweb.org/jackson/court_reels/court_reel_92.htm So it appears Mary widow of John Lovelady was still living in Jan. 1853. Mary Knight

    3. Mary, I have been looking at this also. I have a Mary Ellis Lovelady married to John Henry Lovelady. the records I have seen show her born in 1775. It shows their marriage date was 1808. I don't belive that because all their children were born before then. So the 1775 might also may be wrong. That would make her 75 in 1850. I have reason to believe they are possibly buried in the Jessie Parker Cemetery. Was Jessie her second husband.?
