Bobby, as you know this Gregory Family can be a bit confusing. I will try to give you my line as I know it. It seems that I am descended from both brothers, Thomas Sr. & John. My grandfather was Chesley, s/o Thomas (Tom), s/o Major, s/o Jeremiah, s/o John. My ggrandmother was Sarah Sally Gregory, d/o Thomas 'Big Tom'.(Big Tom was the son of Thomas Jr) and Bettie Bry, d/o Bry, son of Thomas Sr. I believe Big Tom and Bettie Bry were first cousins. Did I leave out anyone? Please feel free if you wish to make some corrections. I get totally confused with all the Thomas'. My only connection with the Sloan family is through my Dad's sister Della Sloan, married to John C. Sloan. I knew lots of Sloans growing up in Pleasant Shade, Tn.
