My ggrandmother was Sarah Sally Gregory, d/o Thomas 'Big Tom'.(Big Tom was the son of Thomas Jr) and Bettie Bry, d/o Bry, son of Thomas Sr. I believe Big Tom and Bettie Bry were first cousins. Hello, Joyce, There's so much mixing and matching with that GREGORY bunch that I still don't have all the wrinkles ironed out. That Bettie Bry you mentioned. . . .shouldn't that be Bettie GREGORY d/o of Bry GREGORY? My g-g-g-g-grandmother was Mary "Polly" GREGORY, sister to Bettie GREGORY, both being daughters of Bry GREGORY. I believe you're correct on Bettie and "Big Tom" being cousins. It looks like we both might be connected to the same Grandpa GREGORY some where back up the line. From Bry GREGORY down to the present each generation of my GREGORY line has a different surname.
