Lena Huddleston Lynch, 87, of Gallatin died Saturday, April 23, 2005 at the residence of her daughter Barbara Duffer. Funeral services were on Sunday, April 24, 2005 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Newby Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Shealy officiating. Burial was in the Gallatin Cemetery. She was a member of the Willette Church of Christ in Macon County, Tenn. Mrs. Lynch was born in Macon County, Tenn. on Dec. 20, 1917 daughter of the late Jesse Huddleston and Clarkie Finn Huddleston. She was also preceded in death by sons, Jimmy, Billy and Willie Lynch; sister, Donal Smith, Pearlie Mongle; brothers, Leslie Huddleston, and Oneal Huddleston; grandson, Joe Allen Lynch and great-grandson, Joshua Lynch. She is survived by sons, Roy (Buddy) Lynch of Gallatin, Johnny Lynch and wife Margie of Lafayette; daughters, Barbara Duffer and husband James (Dinky) of Castalian Springs, Maxine Salvato and husband Stuart of Rogersville, 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. Newby Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Brenda
