    1. [TNMACON] Re: Thomas S. BROOKS
    2. Hello Bobby, My great grandmother, Ethel Brooks, stated on her social security application that her parents were Thomas Brooks and Peggy Elizabeth Adams. Peggy would have been a nickname for Margaret so Margaret "Peggy" Elizabeth Adams. Thomas and Peggy had the following children: Myrtle b. Apr. 1890, Lurley A. b. Nov. 1892 and Ethel b. Apr 1894. In the 1900 census, Thomas and second wife, Lahada Snyder stated they had been married five years. So Peggy died 1894/95. I believe Peggy is in the 1870 census as Margaret E. Adams age 1 year listed under John Adams and wife Francis O. Pinckley District 7 #102. I am trying to verify that this Margaret E. Adams is indeed my Peggy Elizabeth Adams.
