    2. Surnames I'm searching are: ADCOCK, BANDY, BEASLEY, BLANKENSHIP, BRUCE, CLAIBORNE, CLIBORN (etc), CLARIDAY, CLARDAY (etc), COPE, DALLAS, EDWARDS, HARGIS, HESSON, JENKINS, KNIGHT, POTEETE, RANKHORN, ROARK, TUCK, WEST, and any names that are connected. I'm asking for some help as our computer crashed last week. After getting it back from the shop , I was unable to restore files to Family Tree Maker program. I lost all my information on 2400+ relatives. If you'd be willing to share any info you have on the above I would truly appreciate it. Thanks and have a great weekend! 3. Brenda, I am interested in the Claiborne, Cliborn, Clyborne family. The connection is thru Rhoda Cliburn, her mother Sary. Rhoda married Elias Atkerson in 1801 in Bedford County, Virginia. Sary was shown on the permission to marry as a resident of Franklin County. Elias and Rhoda migrated to Smith County, Tn about 1810-1811. The 1820 Smith County census shows a Daniel Cliborn family and a John Cliborn family. The 1800 Tax List for Franklin Co. Va. lists a Daniel Cliborn. I cannot tie Rhoda or Sary with either and am searching for information on them. Hope this helps you, and I hope you could possibly have some information on the family you could share with me. Thanks, John Addison Venable
