    3. I am interested in any information on the Shiloh Methodist Church in the North section of Macon County on Long Creek. When did it cease to exist? When was it formed? Who were pastors? When did Samuel Davis serve as pastor here. Was there ever a history written. Was it in the Tennessee or Kentucky Conference? Any information would be appreciated.

    3. Mr. Stone: According to the Macon County TN History and Families book, It closed it doors in early 1900's and reopened as a community church for all denominations. The building was sold and moved away in the 1940's. The article mentions several early ministers, but not their years of service as minister. Hope this helps Tina ----- Original Message ----- From: "George Stone" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, August 06, 2002 9:54 PM Subject: [TNMACON] Shiloh Methodist Church > I am interested in any information on the Shiloh Methodist Church in > the North section of Macon County on Long Creek. > When did it cease to exist?
