    3. thanks, "Peggy" has been a mystery for many years now. We can't even find marriage records of her and Thomas S. Brooks. they were to have had 2 children: Lurlie (born November 19, 1891)and Ethel Estelle (born April 09, 1894) Macon Co.     3. yep, these two children are listed in 1900 and from other clues looks like she had 4 children but 2 died before 1900. Ethel is not in 1910 census but one Ethel Brooks married 19 Oct 1909 to Homer Turner in Macon County, TN. This is probably yours.
