John 'Sherman" Strader worked for the Southern Railroad and named his first daughter "Odessa Durtham" Dessie Mae Strader, my hubby's grandmother. Does anyone out there know what Steam Locomotive and year the "Odessa Durtham" was? My grandmother was born 1891-92. We don't know if he was C.S. Strader who was a fireman on the southern railway system. My ma in law informs me that he was a engineer for southern railway but generally the family doesn't know. Any help would be appreciated.
