He was born in Wilkes Co., GA & after the Civil War (during which he was a surgeon for the Confederacy) he moved to Loudon Co. In 1873 he married Eliza Hume Lenoir. According to this website's cemetery listings, he & his wife are buried in the Lenoir family cemetery with lots of infant children. Does anyone have access to census records for Loudon Co.? Did any of his children live? Who were Eliza's parents? Any help appreciated.
