How was the 1891 census-of-males-over-21 taken? Was it door-to-door like the federal census? My ggrandfather, George Vinson, is listed in District 3 as George Vincant, age 36. Should I assume the people before and after him are his neighbors? Does anyone know exactly where in Loudon County District 3 was? Thank you, Ann
