I am sure he came from Loudon County, somewhere around Greenback, or maybe settled there after the Cival War. The only thing I do know is that my grand-father, Robert Lee Bluford,Sr., had a farm in Decatur,TN. He was Married to Vena Viar, of which I have no information of, yet. If anyone could help and supply information I would appreciate it
