I am searching for a will, probate, or letters of Administration, for David Biggs, b. ca 1790-1800 and died between 1830-1850 in Lincoln Co., Tn.  In 1830 census he has one son b. ca 1825 and is probably the Josiah Biggs that is in the 1850 and 1860 census of Lincoln CO., TN. David's wife was apparently Annis? who is residing with Josiah in the 1850 census of Lincoln CO., TN. Mary "Polly" Biggs and James Anderson were married in Sumner Co., TN 13 Sep. 1817. Any information on Davis Biggs appreciated.  Thanks.
