Hello List, Andrew Burns, born about 1797 in South Carolina, died about 1859 in Lincoln County, Tennessee. His eight children were: (1) Moses Nicholas, (2) Mariah Elizabeth, (3) John, (4) Joseph, (5) Nancy E., (6) Mary Jane, (7) Eliza Alice and (8) Sarah Adelaide. I have some information on some of the children, but need to learn more about the chidlren listed below. ANYTHING will be helpful. Any corrections are also welcome. John Burns (c1814-) m. Nancy McNatt July 20, 1843 in Lincoln County. Their children were: Charles (1845-), Wiley (1847-) and Joseph (1848-). Joseph Burns ( c1816-) — nothing more is known at this point. Nancy E. Burns (1830-1860) m. John R. Austin. They had four children: Sarah E., Andrew I. or J., Harris W. and Elizabeth I. or J. After Nancy E. Burns died, John R. Austin married a second time to Elizabeth Partin, a daughter of Hightower Partin and first wife, Nancy Holley. Are there any descendants of these children on the list? I have a Charlie M. Burns, born 1 Mar. 1881, (Lincoln County ?) Tn., died 23 Feb. 1959 and buried at the Malone Grave Yard in Lincoln County, Tn. He married Ada A. Lewter. I have no further info on him, other than names of their children. John V.
