Larry, I installed Ginny's FTM 2010. After it installed, I opened the program and it found Gin's .FTW data files on hard drive. I told it to open and convert and it did it automatically. I do recall that it had a problem with one of the data files, but I inserted the memory stick with her back-up copy and it converted that fine. Make sure you have back up copies of data files on removable media, and you should be okay. Bob K.
