    3. The research on my husband's RICHARDSON line has led us to Lincoln County Tennessee. His ancestor William Richardson, Jr. served in the Revolutionary War for North Carolina, and received 640 acres in 1794 (7?) in Tennessee. Without the census records, I'm trying to determine whether William(and his three sons, Ezekiel, Ancil and Montillion) actually moved to Tennessee. I do know that Ezekiel married in 1811 in Pulaski, since that is referenced on the Widow Pension of the War of 1812. Could anyone do look-ups for land deeds, or tithables for 1800 to 1820? I don't have easy access to those records from here. Thanks, Emily Richardson

    3. Emily, Those records are available on microfilm through your local Family History Center. Lincoln County was established 14 November 1809 from part of Bedford County. Bedford County was established 3 December 1807 from part of Rutherford County. Bedford County was established 3 December 1807 from part of Rutherford County. Davidson County was established 6 October 1783 from most of the territory west of the Cumberland Mountain. All of these counties will have to be searched for the information you are seeking.
