    3. I am planning to up-date to 2010 this month. An e-mail to Ancestory.com assured me that my old program was adaptable and merge able. To be on the safe side, I am planning to retain a 2nd disc with all my info just in the event something gets screwed during the transition. -----Original Message----- From: tnlincol-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:tnlincol-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Singing Man Sent: Monday, March 01, 2010 6:46 PM To: LCTGen Subject: [TNLINCOL] Question Recently had some severe pc problems and had to get a new one. The guy that built it for me thought he was "cloning" everything I needed but alas he didn't transfer my FTM setup file.......I have the individual files with all my programs but not the executable program. (I cannot find my disc) My question is this: Today I was in the Target store and discovered FTM 2010. Does anyone know if this program will open the files generated under an older version of FTM? TIA. 3. Just got through installing 2010, literally minutes ago, and it will ask you if want to open the old ones into the new program. Worked like a dream. I just got a new computer and the files were on it but not FTM. I could not run the new ones on my old computer because of a very slow processor. -----Original Message----- From: tnlincol-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:tnlincol-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of John V.
