    3. Brenda: Were you related to William Russell Bowen who was born in Texas? His father( who came from Tenn. and was part of the Bowen's who had the first "stone" house in Tennessee) fought in the Texas Revolution for all of 90 days and then received a large amount of land in Texas. My mother-in-law was a member of this Bowen family. I think we are related in another LC line, but I can't remember which. Well anyway, I do have info on this Bowen line.
