Still searching for info on Rorex/Thompson links. I found that William D. Thompson, born 1843, son of Louisa Rorax and William Thompson, changed his name to William D. Rorax around 1860 or before, either legally or just by choice. He married a Lucy Johnson 14 Feb 1867 in Lincoln Co. In the 1880 census he is listed as David Rorax, but Lucy is listed as his wife. Their son Richard Rorax married,born abt. 1869, married Lou Forester 1 Oct 1891. Does anyone know of these people? I still need to find out more about Louisa's husband, William. Thanks. JS
