Hi- I don't have any proof and I hope to get help from the rest of the list but the Annotated 1850 census book had a notation that the first wife of Anderson Fitch was Elizabeth Roach or Roch who died prior to Feb 1849 when the notation says he married Nancy Crabtree (dau of William and Polly Crabtree) Feb 3 1849, LCT. I note your post says that Nancy's maiden name was Pigg, sister to Elizabeth Pigg. For Elizabeth Pigg Wakefield McKinney I show her parents are: John Pigg and Delilah Chitwood. I do not show them having a daughter in the 1850 census named Nancy (does not mean she wasn't already in husband's household). I show the children as: James, Joel, Delia, Edmund, John, ELIZABETH, and Anna. Anyone with a marriage book that can look up the marriage of Anderson Fitch or help in any way to unscramble this? Anyone have a will book listing the children of John and Delilah Pigg? I am not researching these families but am trying to correct any problems with the 1850 Annotated Census web site. Thanks, Diane **************** Brenda, I have very little but will send it along. I have a Sarah McClure, married to Jacob Beasley Corder, and I have one child listed, a Benjamin T Corder, but I have nothing further on these three. However, I do have Benjamin T Corder married to Nancy Bell Benson, March 11, 1889, in Lincoln Co., TN. Nancy was the daughter of William Trousdale Benson and Sarah Ann Fitch. Sarah Fitch was born about 1850 to Anderson Fitch and Nancy Pigg. Nancy was a sister of my great grandmother, Elizabeth Pigg Wakefield McKinney. I may be sending you off in another direction that you aren't interested in!! Dortha
