Hi Jane-- I think you are right but I can't match him to a set of parents. I have a Joe Moore, son of Franklin Lewis Moore, son of Lewis H. Moore, son of John Henry & Elizabeth Harmon Moore, but the birthdate I have for Joe is October 1887. The Joseph Harmon Moore from the WWI draft card was b. Nov 1886, but it could still be him. But I have no record of a sister for Joe, and his mother's name was Drucilla, so I'm not sure if the connection with Elizabeth Moore Wells works for him. GWR Moore's daughter Susan Ellen married Newton Wells, not sure if that's relevant or not.
