    3. Dortha: Sorry there is no will for Wm McKinney. However do write the Archives for probate records giving them the year you Will died so you get the right probate records. If there are no records there then more than likely he died else where but I have found records at the Archives where a person died else where but as someone was mentioned in the will or etc.that lived in LCT the Archives had the records.     3. someone found a list of heirs for one of my line....in the LCT loose papers file. Apparently, there was a box with papers they did not know how or where to file, so it is called loose papers. This listed all the heirs and where they lived....it was for a settlement of an estate I guess. So it is amazing what you might find.
