Hi, Hoping someone out there can help me. I am trying to find some info on a Cordelia Pendergrass who married an L.J. Warren 1884. I am thinking L.J. is Lucien J. son of John Bright Warren...I found Cordelia Pendergrass living with her mother in 1880, (from LDS site) which showed Malinda Harrison, dau. Cordelia Pendergrass and son John Harrison in Dist 8 Lincoln Co...in 1900 Malinda has remarried and is now Malinda Pitts, wd, and dau Cordelia Warren (wd also) is living in her household with dau. Lillie b. 1883, Allie b. 1885 and Hattie b. 1888 (she married Vardie Pitts)...From marriage cd I could not find a marriage for Malinda Pendergrass, but did find a marraige for Malinda Harris (not Harrison) to J. Larkin Pitts in 1882..Now, back to Cordelia, if she married L.J. (Lucien), he did not die, he is found married to Lucy Kelso in 1892 and has a dau Elizabeth with her..so, sorta rules out Lucien, or they divorced, and was not actually widowed....Now, from the marriage cd it also shows that a Cordelia Pendergrass m. R.J. Warren in 1883, this I think is Robert J. son of Mormion Warren, found R.J. 1870 Lincoln Co and 1880 in Bedford Co, think he married a M.C. Davis who ran off a few months after their marriage, so probably not Cordelia either. So, my questions are does anyone know anything on the Pitts, who was Malindas spouse? Larkin?, and other children, did Malinda m. a Harris or Harrison? and who was Cordelia Pendergrass Warren married to? I do have a death cert for a Mrs. Deliah Warren d. 21 feb 1937, b. 15 May 1862 states father Wm. Pendergrass and mother Lyda (Malinda?) Dunnivan, informant was M.G. Mansfield and she is buried in Concord Graveyard. Is this the same Cordelia as above.. Any help appreciated very much.. Cindy
