    3. I was looking thru my LCT News Supplement May 1904 & the 1st article is on Elk Cotton Mills. It also lists an R.D. Warren, Henry Holman, JH Rees and CB Bagley as promoters and board of directors. Is this the mill just outside town?? ANY info on this and especially if you know who RD Warren is. Thanks.
