Will of Hannah Evans- deceased I, Hannah Evans, do make this and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First, I will and bequeath my soul to God. Secondly, I direct that funeral exspences, and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of, or may first come into the hands of my Executors. Thirdly, I give and bequeath to Malinda Evans, the wife of John Evans Jr., my cotton wheel and cards and reel, and iron pot rack, and one pot, and my trunk, and all my clothes, only what may hereafter be mentioned. Also I give her my bed and bedclothes and bedspread and two smoothing irons, and one set of pewter plates, and one dish, and one washing tub, and one churn, and two chairs. Fourthly, I give to Dillingtine Evans, two calico frocks, and one blue checkered cotton frock, and one plain white counterpain. Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint Enoch Hamilton, my Executor.
