Ginny, thanks very much for the info you dug up. I've been away for nearly two wtks so I didn't get a chance to write you. I was aware of the BREVARD and HUBBLE connections to James N. & John P. DAVIS. The biggest problem I have is verifying that Martha E. GRAY DAVISis the same as the Martha E. GRAY, dau. of Burgess and Elizabeth CUNNINGHAM GRAY. I'm intrigued by the B.P. & Elizabeth GRAY in LCt in 1860. Don't know how I missed that. It's not a son of Burgess, that I can tell. Thanks again.
