As I recall reading the book "Blood & Whiskey" The Life and Times of Jack Daniel by Peter Krass, I believe Mr. Krass wrote about a Jewish family that either lived in what became Moore CO or did business in the area. I will have to look it up and get back with you but you will not like what he wrote. It seems this "business person" had a house of ill repute.
