I am searching for Jane ASHLEY who was married to Charles Henry BEDINGFIELD somewhere close to 1798 and had a son, James Ashley BEDINGFIELD b. 1798. Charles was born Apr 5, 1773 and I estimate Jane would have been born around that same time frame. They lived in Lincoln county, TN ca 1816 when Charles was appointed sheriff. They had at least one other son, Charles Henry BEDINGFIELD III b. ca 1809 probably in Lincoln county. The family later moved to Limestone and Lauderdale counties, AL. Can anyone help?
