Julia, Mary K. (White) Bedwell was Elizabeth Bedwell Crane's mother. Mother & daughter died one day apart. February 5, 1880, Fayetteville Observer, p.3 Col. 4: DIED - In this county, on the head waters of Mulberry Creek, the 12th inst., at the residence of T.W. CRAIN, of old age, Mrs. P.K. BEDWELL, aged 80 years. Also at the same place on the 13th inst. of pneumonia, her daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth, wife of T.W. CRAIN, aged 38 years. She leaves a husband and six children to mourn her loss. Tim's second wife was Martha Ellen Warren. Their daughter Nannie Crane married Joel Isom Wells, son of Isom Wells and Margaret Ward Jolley. I am still searching for a marriage record for Joel Isom Wells & Nannie Crane. Nannie Crane Wells' death certificate identifies her parents as Timothy Crane and Ellen Warren.
